The Blue Lord is an experimental editorial project on the theme of "time", combining elements from both a graphic novel and a zine. This project explores the personification of time and weaves it into a narrative. The story follows the main protagonist, who is always accompanied by a little boy. While coming up with the story, I let the process guide me, taking inspiration from my own and other people's experiences. From sketches to the final draft, it was a strangely cathartic yet joyful process of realising the project. In summary, The Blue Lord traces how love, comfort and memory is shaped with the passing of time.
